Sabrina has more than ten years of experience in complex civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional litigation. She has advised clients in highly regulated sectors such as energy, banking, construction, aviation and real estate.
She combines her legal expertise with business insight, offering strategic solutions in demanding and specialized environments. She has solid experience in regulatory compliance and in government advisory on legislative and contentious matters. She served as a secondee at an international bank within the risk area, where she gained experience in financing, credit restructuring, security interests, audits, trusts and financial-risk assessment.
She holds a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho with Cum Laude distinction, and an LL.M. in Human Rights from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as specialized programs in Energy Law and Constitutional Relief (Amparo).

Víctor specializes in cross-border transactions in the energy sector, including storage, transportation and marketing of oil products and petrochemicals. He has led complex industrial contracts (EPC, O&M, PPAs), project finance transactions, acquisitions and international debt restructurings.
He has broad experience in regulatory compliance before SENER, CRE, ASEA, CNH and SEMARNAT, as well as in public tenders such as upstream rounds, farm-outs and electric-transmission projects. His approach combines technical capabilities and legal insight to deliver efficient solutions aligned with the needs of highly regulated sectors.
He holds a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho and an LL.M. in Global Energy and Environmental Law from The University of Texas at Austin. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
