With more than 13 years of experience, he has advised domestic and foreign companies in audits, restructurings and tax defense before authorities. His approach combines legal and financial analysis to optimize corporate structures and reduce material tax risks.

Associate
Associate at Venture Lex. Litigator with solid experience in civil and commercial disputes, insolvency proceedings and commercial arbitration. He has represented clients in complex asset-recovery and business restructuring processes, prioritizing the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation and international arbitration.

Ángeles Bello Rosas

Intern
Law student in her seventh semester at Universidad Panamericana. She has experience since 2023 in labor litigation, corporate and contract law. She has collaborated as an in-plant lawyer at Estafeta, a multinational logistics company. She currently forms part of Venture Lex, where she participates in corporate and contractual matters, as well as in energy-sector projects.

Alejandro Zavalza

Intern
Fourth-year law student at Escuela Libre de Derecho, with experience since 2022 in civil, commercial, notarial, corporate and financial law. Member of the Fausto Rico Álvarez Foundation and author in Pandecta journal. Since 2025, he has served as Head of the Treasury Coordination of the Student Society. He is currently part of Venture Lex, working on corporate, energy and contractual matters.
